Natural Health Therapies, Marmapuncture/Ayurveda, PEMF and Sowa Rigpa:
Initial consult is $85, $70 thereafter. Concession rate available with concession, pension or student card ($70 initially, $60 thereafter) If coming for just a PEMF treatment (35 mins) the cost is $45. Payment can be made in person using credit/debit card, cash or direct transfer. Appointments for all services are available Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-5pm and Mondays (PEMF only) 9am-12pm. Buteyko Training:
Individual sessions can also be booked for Buteyko in person or online and the course cost for the full training is $400. This includes 4 sessions: x3 weekly 2 hour sessions, plus one additional follow up session.
Concession rate is also available. We are also offering intro one off sessions to Buteyko for people wishing to learn simple methods to work with anxiety or people who wish to follow up or refresh previous Buteyko training . Group training are usually are run periodically throughout the year. Cost is $300 for the whole group program.
We also offer periodic Deepening group sessions for those who completed our full Buteyko training (or similar with other qualified instructors). These sessions are a great, affordable way to maintain, refresh and explore methods to deepen our practice with the support of trainers and other practitioners.
Please note change of appointment is possible but changes made less than 24 hours before incur a standard cancellation fee.
